Villa María signs agreement for digital library access

The Municipality of Villa María, through the Mariano Moreno Municipal and Popular Library, has signed a framework agreement with Universidad Siglo 21. This partnership grants local educational communities access to the university’s digital library contents.

The initiative aims to provide bibliographic and technological tools to enhance study, research, and teaching efforts within the city. Specific annexes have been signed with 16 local educational institutions, including both public and private primary and secondary schools, to integrate students and teachers into the university's digital platform.

Mayor Eduardo Accastello stated that the proposal reinforces Villa María’s status as a ‘City of Learning’ and promotes regional human development and innovation. This project aligns with the development of a new Universidad Siglo 21 campus in the city’s Industrial, Logistic, and Technological Park, which is projected for 2027.
