Villa Medicea Lo Sprocco to host solidarity event for Andrea Verardini Prendiparte

The “Passo dopo Passo – Insieme per Andrea” event is scheduled for September 12, 2026, at Villa Medicea Lo Sprocco in Scarperia e San Piero. Organized by the “Insieme per Andrea” committee, the initiative aims to support Andrea Verardini Prendiparte in his medical treatment, rehabilitation, and his project to return to Italy.

The evening will feature performances by harpist and composer Irene Betti, actress Astra Lanz, and composer Leone Lanz. The event has received patronage from the Tuscany Region, the City of Florence, the Municipality of Scarperia e San Piero, the Mugello Mountain Union of Municipalities, the Panathlon Club, and the Rotary Club Bagno a Ripoli. Local officials, including Councilor Nicola Paulesu and Mugello Mountain Union President Tommaso Triberti, are expected to attend.
