Villa Mercedes to host 1st National Congress of Vocational Training

The 1st National Congress of Vocational Training (CoNaFO) is scheduled to take place on September 24 and 25 in Villa Mercedes. Organized by the Universidad Provincial de Oficios (UPrO) and endorsed by the Ministry of Education, the event will feature over 70 academic activities, including workshops and company visits.

Academic Secretary Alberto Ledesma announced that registration has been extended until September 20 due to high demand. The congress aims to address the future of work, technology, and regional productive development. Attendees will receive certificates with teaching points. Additionally, a ‘UPrO Day’ open house will be held on September 23 as a precursor to the main event. The congress will include participation from national universities, researchers, and educators discussing topics such as artificial intelligence.
