Villa Mercedes to host special Sant Bartomeu dinner in Portmany

Villa Mercedes, a restaurant located in a historic 1901 summer manor in Sant Antoni de Portmany, will host a special dinner on August 24 to celebrate the Sant Bartomeu patron saint festivities. The event is designed to provide guests with a front-row view of the fireworks display over Portmany Bay.

The evening will feature live music and a fixed Mediterranean menu focused on grilled products. The meal begins with a Roku Gin cocktail and a 'Ritual de Pa Pagès', followed by starters including summer 'pagesa' salad with dried fish and crispy toast with grilled 'Porc Negre', sobrasada emulsion, and rosemary honey. For the main course, guests can choose between San Pedro fillet with Ibicenca picada or suckling lamb carré with 'sofrit pagès'. The menu concludes with a signature version of 'flaó'.

The set menu is priced at 55 euros per person, excluding drinks. While the special menu is offered, the restaurant will also maintain its standard menu service for other guests.
