Villa Riva hosts baseball and soccer exchange for youth

The Fundación Morel y Familia and the Unión Deportiva de la Provincia Duarte organized a multi-sport exchange featuring baseball and soccer in the municipality of Villa Riva. The event included participation from Los Espínola FC of San Francisco de Macoris, VI’ UNITED ‘ FC of Villa Riva, and the Academia De la Cruz de Béisbol.

Octavio Morel, President of the Fundación Morel y Familia, noted that the initiative is supported by collaborators in the United States to foster unity among young athletes and provide donations of sports equipment. Other officials, including William Hernández of the Unión Deportiva and Sonia María Susana of Miderec, addressed the participants, emphasizing discipline and the pursuit of athletic goals.
