Villalba del Rey to host free self-defense course

Villalba del Rey will host a free self-defense course on August 28, led by three-time world champion David Rodríguez. The initiative, promoted by the local City Council, is open to residents over the age of 14, regardless of prior martial arts experience.

The course will take place at the Frontón Municipal from 20:30 to 22:00. Local Councilor for Culture and Sports, Sandra Aguilar, noted that the instructor is a resident of the municipality, making the collaboration a unique opportunity to provide specialized services through local talent.
