Villammare Festival celebrates 25 years of cinema in Campania

The Villammare Festival Film&Friends is celebrating its 25th anniversary from August 25 to 29 in the Maria SS di Portosalvo square, a natural amphitheater in the Gulf of Policastro, Campania. Organized by the Associazione Villammare Film Festival – Golfo di Policastro with support from the Campania Region, the Municipality of Vibonati, and the University of Salerno, the event features film screenings and guest appearances.

On the opening night, August 25, actress Martina Stella will participate before the screening of “Era” by director Vincenzo Marra. The film follows the life of Lina, an elderly Neapolitan woman navigating aging and family dynamics. The festival lineup also includes showgirl Valeria Marini on August 26.
