Villanueva de Córdoba joins Spain's Gastronomic Towns Network

Villanueva de Córdoba, located in the Valle de los Pedroches, has officially joined the Red de Pueblos Gastronómicos de España (Spain's Gastronomic Towns Network). This non-profit tourism project currently includes 17 territories across nine autonomous communities.

According to the network's president, Fernando Valmaseda, membership provides local agents with continuous training, innovation, digitalization, and advanced technological tools. The initiative also focuses on national and international promotion, economic and social sustainability, and rural development strategies to prevent seasonal tourism fluctuations.
