Villarreal CF unveils sustainable water‑inspired 2026‑27 kit

Villarreal CF has launched its 2026‑27 home kit, showcasing a jacquard pattern that mimics the movement of water and a continuous blue stripe linking the shirt and shorts. The outfit is made entirely from recycled polyester, a technical fabric derived from plastic waste, which reduces CO₂ emissions by about 75%. Technical features include a Micro‑Mesh ventilation system, flat‑lock seams to minimise friction, and a silicone logo for added comfort. Forward Georges Mikautadze modeled the new kit, which will be worn in LaLiga, the UEFA Champions League and the Copa del Rey. The kit is now on sale through the club’s official stores.
