Villaseca de la Sagra to honor bullfighter Iván Fandiño

The Villaseca de la Sagra City Council has announced that the fifth edition of its Charity Bullfight (V Corrida Benéfica), scheduled for 2027, will be dedicated to honoring the bullfighter Iván Fandiño.

The event will coincide with the tenth anniversary of Fandiño's death. Local authorities have been working on this initiative since last year to ensure the edition serves as a significant tribute to the bullfighter's legacy, characterized by his courage and commitment to the profession. The council intends to combine the event's traditional charitable purpose with a formal recognition of Fandiño's impact on bullfighting.
