Ville de Rezé seeks Career and Remuneration Manager

The City of Rezé is seeking a Career and Remuneration Manager to join its human resources department. The role involves managing a portfolio of agents, handling administrative acts related to careers, payroll, and retirement, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll operations through to treasury transmission.

The successful candidate will also manage retirement files in coordination with the CNRACL, oversee various administrative positions such as parental leave or secondment, and contribute to the evolution of the Human Resources Information System (SIRH). The position requires expertise in statutory regulations and mastery of the full payroll cycle.
