Vilnius Congress Centre design contract signed with IMPLMNT architects

The Vilnius Development Company has signed a design contract with the architectural studio IMPLMNT architects for the development of the Vilnius Congress Centre. This project aims to establish an international-level space for conferences and events, intended to enhance the competitiveness of Vilnius and stimulate economic growth.

The design scope includes all stages from initial proposals and obtaining construction permits to technical work projects, BIM modeling, and construction supervision. The proposed concept, titled ‘TRYS’, features approximately 22,300 square meters of above-ground space and 15,500 square meters of underground space, including halls capable of hosting up to 4,400 participants.

Design work is expected to be completed by mid-2028. The project also includes the development of access routes and the revitalization of a section of the Neris riverbank.
