Viltrox expands L-Mount lineup with four Air Series prime lenses

Viltrox has expanded its L-Mount catalog by introducing four full-frame Air Series autofocus prime lenses. The new lineup includes the AF 14mm F4.0 Air L, AF 20mm F2.8 Air L, AF 40mm F2.5 Air L, and AF 50mm F2.0 Air L. These compact and lightweight lenses are priced between $168 and $199.

The lenses offer a range of perspectives, from the ultra-wide 14mm and 20mm models designed for expansive scenes to the 40mm and 50mm models intended for natural storytelling and everyday use. All four lenses feature STM autofocus motors and include a USB-C port for firmware updates.

As the tenth member of the L-Mount Alliance, Viltrox aims to provide accessible alternatives for users of Leica, Sigma, and Panasonic systems, specifically targeting owners of the Panasonic Lumix S9. The lenses are noted for their portability, though they do not feature official weather sealing against water or dust.
