Vimmerby IBK prepares for new floorball season

Vimmerby IBK's women's floorball team is preparing for the upcoming season, which begins with a home match against Husqvarna IK B. Forward Emmy Karlsson expressed optimism regarding the team's prospects, noting that while the squad has lost some players, such as Ida Nyman and Minea Snickars, the core remains largely intact.

Karlsson highlighted that the younger players have gained valuable experience from the previous season, which she believes will benefit the team's performance. The new league structure will feature eight teams in their series, resulting in a total of 14 matches played both home and away.
