Vimmerby IF nears league title with 5-0 win over Eksjö

Vimmerby IF strengthened their position in the league title race following a dominant 5-0 away victory against Eksjö. The match was effectively decided within the first 18 minutes, with Vimmerby establishing a 3-0 lead early on.

Melker Johansson scored twice, while Max Karlsson, Pontus Bragsjö, and Armend Mahmutaj also contributed to the scoreline. Coach David Lindgren noted that his team was “classes better” than Eksjö, highlighting their ability to control the tempo and ball possession.
