Vin-Cenzo's to celebrate first anniversary with collaborative lunch and block party

Darlinghurst's Vin-Cenzo's will celebrate its first anniversary on Sunday, 20 September, with a collaborative lunch and a public block party on Liverpool Street.

The event features a partnership with Melbourne's Tipo 00, led by chef Andreas Papadakis, and Sydney sommelier Giorgio De Maria. The collaborative lunch menu includes dishes such as vitello tonnato, tagliolini al nero with squid and bottarga, and veal saltimbocca, followed by desserts like Tipomisu.

Following the lunch, a block party will be held on the street, offering snacks such as melanzana à la Norma panini and nduja sfincione. The celebration is open to the public with no bookings required.
