Vin Diesel Confirms Fast & Furious 11 Script Completed for 2028 Release

Vin Diesel announced on social media that the screenplay for "Fast & Furious 11" is finished. He shared a video featuring the franchise’s first film with Paul Walker and said he was moved to tears after reading the script written by Michael Lesslie, calling it the best he has read in decades. The sequel is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on 17 March 2028.

Production details remain unsettled: director Louis Leterrier, who helmed "Fast & Furious 10," is still under contract negotiations, and the full cast has not been confirmed. NBCUniversal also revealed plans for at least four live‑action series set in the Fast & Furious universe, to be developed for the Peacock streaming service, following a model similar to the "Game of Thrones" spin‑offs.
