VinaLiving Holdings reports doubled losses and rising debt
VinaLiving Holdings, a real estate firm under the VinaCapital ecosystem, reported a significant increase in losses for the first half of 2026. The company recorded a post-tax loss of 76.8 billion VND, nearly doubling the 38.7 billion VND loss reported during the same period last year.
During this six-month period, the company's total liabilities rose to over 2,164 billion VND, an increase of approximately 257 billion VND from the previous year. This growth in debt includes bank loans, which rose from 177 billion VND to 330 billion VND, and bond debt, which increased to approximately 188-190 billion VND. Despite the losses, equity increased to over 1,473 billion VND as of June 30, 2026.
VinaLiving Holdings manages various real estate projects across Vietnam, including locations in Da Nang, Binh Dinh, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, and Ho Chi Minh City. The company's bond debt has been assigned a BBB+ rating by VIS Rating.
