VinAlpha to recruit 15,000 personnel for Vingroup projects

VinAlpha Investment and Infrastructure Construction JSC has announced a large-scale recruitment campaign to hire 15,000 drivers and machine operators. These personnel will support major projects within the Vingroup ecosystem across Vietnam.

The recruitment aims to meet the demands of continuous three-shift, four-crew construction schedules. Vacancies include roles for dump truck drivers, excavator operators, bulldozer drivers, concrete mixer drivers, and other specialized equipment operators. The positions are spread across more than 20 major projects in sectors such as housing, transportation infrastructure, energy, and industry, spanning provinces from Hanoi and Hai Phong in the north to Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh in the south.
