Vinamilk employees run 89,000 km to mark 50th anniversary

To celebrate its 50th anniversary (1976–2026), Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) organized an online running race titled “50 years of a journey, thousands of footsteps moving together.”

The event took place during the first 15 days of August 2026 and involved 1,563 employees from 30 different units across the country. Participants, ranging from office staff to workers at farms, factories, and logistics centers, accumulated a total distance of 89,424 kilometers—a distance equivalent to circling the Earth more than twice.

The initiative is part of a larger series of events marking five decades of the company’s operations. Vinamilk stated the race aims to promote a healthy lifestyle, positive energy, and internal solidarity among its multi-generational workforce.
