Vinamilk receives First-Class Independence Order on 50th anniversary

Vinamilk (Vietnam Dairy Products JSC) has been awarded the First-Class Independence Order during a ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City marking the company’s 50th anniversary. The award was presented by Nguyen Van Duoc, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, in recognition of the company’s contributions to the national economy, the development of the domestic dairy industry, and the nutritional health of Vietnamese generations.

During the ceremony, officials highlighted Vinamilk’s evolution from addressing basic nutritional needs post-unification to becoming a global brand. Nguyen Van Duoc expressed expectations for the company to lead in green transformation, digital economy integration, and Net Zero commitments.

Mai Kieu Lien, General Director of Vinamilk, reflected on the company’s half-century journey, emphasizing the mission to provide quality nutrition to Vietnamese children and strengthen the domestic dairy sector’s self-reliance.
