Vinarija Kutjevo begins 2026 grape harvest

Vinarija Kutjevo has commenced its 2026 grape harvest, a process expected to last approximately 50 days. The harvest covers 430 hectares of owned vineyards and an additional 300 hectares through cooperation. Due to challenging conditions and significant drought, the winery has implemented careful monitoring of vineyard conditions and grape maturity, resulting in an earlier start than in typical years to preserve freshness and alcohol balance.

Additionally, the winery has released the 2025 vintage of its Graševina Vinkomir, a Single Vineyard wine produced from hand-picked grapes from the Krndija slopes. This vintage is characterized by aromas of peach, ripe apple, and yellow flowers. The quality of the Vinkomir line has previously received international recognition, including a gold medal at the Mundus Vini Spring Tasting 2026 and a silver medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2026.
