Vinarija Kutjevo completes harvest of 7 million kilograms of grapes

Vinarija Kutjevo has completed its grape harvest, bringing over 7 million kilograms of grapes into its cellars. This total includes grapes from the winery's own vineyards as well as more than 3 million kilograms purchased from long-term partner family farms.

To maintain its protected designation of origin and brand authenticity, the winery exclusively sources grapes from the Kutjevo vineyard region, ensuring no fruit is transported from other areas or countries. Enologist Ivan Marinclin noted that at the Hrnjevac and Vinkomir sites, sugar levels exceeded 100 degrees Oechsle, a characteristic of these later harvests where higher sugar levels coincide with lower acidity.
