Vinasoy launches program to provide 1 million free soy milk boxes to students

The Vietnam Soy Milk Scholarship Fund, Vinasoy, and the Vietnam Red Cross Society have launched the ‘School Soy Milk’ program for the 2026-2027 academic year. The initiative will provide 1 million boxes of Fami Canxi soy milk, valued at over 4.6 billion VND, to 16,700 primary school students across 30 schools in four provinces: Quang Ngai, Lai Chau, Dak Lak, and Dong Thap.

Beyond milk distribution, the program includes educational activities such as the ‘Healthy Nutrition Festival’ and the ‘Magic Shell’ creative competition to promote healthy lifestyle habits. Over the past decade, the program has distributed more than 14.3 million boxes of soy milk to nearly 915,000 students across 15 provinces, with a total value of approximately 53 billion VND. Local Red Cross monitoring has noted improvements in student health, including average weight increases of 500g to 1.2kg and height improvements of 1.5 to 2cm.
