VINAStech launches VINASAssets for Ugandan rental and taxi management

Ugandan technology company VINAStech has developed VINASAssets, a web-based system designed to streamline asset management for landlords and taxi owners. The platform centralizes records that are traditionally managed through fragmented methods like notebooks, spreadsheets, and phone messages.

For property managers, the system tracks buildings, tenants, rent payments, and maintenance expenses. It provides reporting on income, profits, and outstanding balances, while allowing tenants to access relevant records through dedicated portals.

Taxi owners can use the tool to record daily collections, driver settlements, and vehicle expenses. This allows owners to compare expected income against actual receipts to monitor vehicle performance. The system also enables owners to assign varying levels of access to staff and managers to maintain operational control.
