Vincent Gross to make film debut in ‘Der perfekte Urlaub’

Schlager singer Vincent Gross is set to make his film debut in the German comedy ‘Der perfekte Urlaub’, scheduled for release on October 22, 2026. Gross will appear as himself in the production, which is a sequel to ‘Das perfekte Geheimnis’.

During filming, Gross participated in intensive 14-hour sessions to film a party scene involving approximately 200 extras. Despite the lengthy production time and multiple takes in cold November temperatures, his actual screen time is expected to be around 15 seconds. The scene features his song ‘Aperol Spritz’ and was filmed without music to ensure dialogue clarity, with the audio added during post-production. The film, directed by Bora Dagtekin, follows a group of friends traveling to Mallorca where their vacation turns into chaos.
