Vincent Ricchiuti expands Ricchiuti family olive oil legacy
Vincent Ricchiuti, a fourth-generation farmer, is expanding the Ricchiuti family’s agricultural legacy through the specialty food brand ENZO’s Olive Oil. The family’s history in the United States began in 1914 when Ricchiuti’s great-grandfather immigrated from Italy and eventually settled in California’s Central Valley due to its fertile land.
Following World War II, the family business expanded into a vertically integrated operation specializing in stone fruit and almonds. As the agricultural landscape around Clovis has shifted toward residential development, the business has adapted by focusing on olive oil production and modern farming technologies.
