Vincenzo Lo Castro elected president of Sicindustria Trapani Young Entrepreneurs

Vincenzo Lo Castro, a 30-year-old business developer from Stramondo srl, has been elected president of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Sicindustria Trapani. The election, held during a group assembly, establishes a new leadership team for a four-year term.

Lo Castro will be supported by Vice Presidents Vito Panfalone of Riccardo Sanges & C. srl and Pierfilippo Marchello of Carlo Pellegrino & C. spa. The new board also includes Antonio Alagna, Andrea Artusio, Marco Catalano, and outgoing president Vincenzo Mucaria.

The new administration’s program focuses on three primary pillars: productivity, innovation, and infrastructure. Key objectives include strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses, particularly small enterprises and less structured supply chains. Planned initiatives include training programs, knowledge sharing of best practices, and increasing awareness of investment incentives. Additionally, the group intends to implement practical initiatives regarding artificial intelligence to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in integrating new technologies into their business processes.
