Vinícius Júnior faces difficult start to 2026/27 season with Real Madrid

Vinícius Júnior is experiencing a challenging start to the 2026/27 season with Real Madrid. After several years of high-level performance and protagonism under Carlo Ancelotti, the forward has struggled with decision-making, accuracy, and goal production.

In his eight appearances this season, the player has scored only once. His recent performances against teams such as Elche, Atlético de Madrid, Málaga, and Betis have drawn criticism in Spain due to his perceived instability and lack of efficiency on the pitch.
