The residence includes high-level security measures such as a protection post and a panic room, as well as home automation systems.

During her stay, Fonseca shared moments with her children, including photos of her son José Leonardo with the athlete. She also noted minor domestic inconveniences, mentioning that the hot water in the mansion is occasionally inconsistent, leading her to use the spa facilities instead.
