Vinícola Monte Astral and Ostara celebrate three years in Serra Gaúcha

Vinícola Monte Astral and the restaurant Ostara are celebrating their third anniversary in the Serra Gaúcha region, specifically in Farroupilha near Pinto Bandeira. The celebration, scheduled for September 19 and 20, features a special five-course commemorative menu designed to revisit significant dishes from the restaurant's history.

The event also marks the official launch of the 2026 vintage of Monte Astral’s 100% Chardonnay Dry White Wine, which underwent six months of aging in American oak barrels. Additionally, the restaurant is entering a new culinary phase with the arrival of Chef Pablo Peralta, a specialist in koji and fermentation, who aims to connect his original cuisine with the ingredients and identity of Southern Brazil.
