Vincom Retail names Trần Lê Phương as new chairman of the board

Vincom Retail (HOSE: VRE) announced a senior leadership reshuffle effective 28 July 2026. Former board member Trần Lê Phương has been appointed chairman of the board and legal representative, succeeding Nguyễn Thế Anh. At the same time, Trần Mai Hoa has been promoted to chief executive officer and deputy chief operating officer, while also serving as a board member. Phạm Thị Thu Hiền moves to the role of deputy chief executive for business and marketing.

The changes aim to boost strategic direction, operational efficiency and growth in the retail‑real‑estate segment. In the first quarter of 2026, Vincom Retail reported net revenue of VND 2,294 billion, a 7.6 % year‑on‑year increase, with leasing revenue rising 9.0 %. Net profit after tax reached VND 1,606 billion, up 36.4 %. Total assets stood at VND 60,962 billion, while total debt fell to VND 10,988 billion, a 14.9 % reduction from the end of 2025.
