VinCons reaches 100,000 workers, offers up to VND 41 million monthly salary

VinCons, the construction subsidiary of Vingroup, announced that it has built a workforce of roughly 100,000 staff, making it one of Vietnam’s largest construction contractors. The firm continues to recruit for a wide range of building and electromechanical trades to serve major projects across the country.

The company provides free vocational training for applicants without experience and pays wages during the apprenticeship period. Official workers earn VND 16‑33 million per month, while foremen receive VND 32‑41 million, and senior foremen can earn over VND 50 million. Employees also receive three free meals daily, air‑conditioned dormitories, free utilities, full insurance coverage and semi‑monthly salary payments. VinCons outlines a clear career ladder that can raise a worker’s earnings to more than VND 41 million after about three years, and up to VND 50 million or higher for senior positions.
