Vingroup and Petrovietnam lead Vietnam's top taxpayer list

According to the VNTAX 2026 list, the top 200 enterprises in Vietnam contributed 989.3 trillion VND to the national budget in 2025, representing over 37% of the country's total revenue of 2.65 quadrillion VND.

The top 20 companies alone accounted for 614 trillion VND, or 62.1% of the total contributions from the top 200 group. Vingroup led the list, followed by Petrovietnam, Viettel, Petrolimex, Heineken, and Toyota.

During the VNTAX 2026 ceremony, Dau Anh Tuan of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) noted that while these leading enterprises provide a massive contribution, there is a need to strengthen the broader base of over 1 million active businesses to ensure sustainable national growth.
