Vingroup announces leadership changes at VinFast and GSM

Vingroup has announced significant leadership transitions across its major subsidiaries, VinFast and GSM. Phạm Nhật Quân Anh has been appointed as the Chairman and Global CEO of VinFast, succeeding his father, Phạm Nhật Vượng. Quân Anh also continues to serve as the CEO of VinMetal.

Simultaneously, Phạm Nhật Minh Hoàng has been named the Global CEO of GSM, as well as the CEO of GSM Vietnam. He succeeds Nguyễn Quốc Tuấn, who has transitioned to the role of Global Chairman of GSM.

Following these changes, Phạm Nhật Vượng will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Vingroup, focusing on the group's overarching strategic direction across its diverse sectors, including technology, industry, and real estate.
