Vingroup breaks ground on 41 trillion VND urban project in Bac Ninh

Vingroup, as part of an investor consortium, has officially broken ground on the Vinhomes King Park project in Bac Ninh. Located in the Kinh Bac ward, this new urban area is designed to expand the development space of northwest Bac Ninh city.

The project covers nearly 270 hectares with a planned population of approximately 31,500 people. It represents a total investment of over 41,000 billion VND. The development will feature a mix of low-rise housing, mixed-use apartment buildings, commercial services, education, and healthcare facilities.

In alignment with sustainable urban planning, the project maintains a construction density of under 20%. Significant portions of the land are dedicated to green spaces and water surfaces (nearly 57 hectares) and a sports complex (over 70 hectares), aiming to integrate urban living with the natural landscape of the Cau River area.
