Vingroup launches Heritage Pride event for Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long

Vingroup and Vinhomes have launched the “Heritage Pride – Kiêu hãnh miền di sản” event at the Wyndham Legend Halong hotel to showcase the Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long project. This massive complex, part of the Ha Long Xanh urban area, represents a total investment of approximately 456,639 billion VND (nearly 18 billion USD).

The project is designed as a coastal super-city spanning over 6,200 hectares, integrating living, working, vacation, and entertainment spaces. A key feature of the development includes 60 m² townhouse models designed with a dual-purpose layout. These units feature a 5-meter frontage and 4.2-meter high ceilings on the ground floor, allowing for commercial use such as offices or showrooms while maintaining residential privacy on the upper floors through acoustic separation and independent technical systems.
