Vinh Long tax authorities suspend exit of business representatives

The Vinh Long Tax Department has issued notices to the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Public Security to temporarily suspend the exit of several individuals. These restrictions apply to legal representatives of businesses that have been inactive at their registered addresses for more than 120 days without following procedures to restore or terminate their tax identification numbers.

Specific individuals named in the September 10 notices include Truong Nguyen Thuy Tien of Thuy Ngoc Trading Business Investment Co., Ltd., Nguyen Thanh Tinh of Ben Tre Agricultural Development Investment JSC, Lu Sanh Vo of Thang Long Import-Export JSC, and Le Hoang Dung of Hoa Thuan Advertising and Construction Printing Service Co., Ltd.

To lift these exit bans, businesses must submit requests to restore their tax codes, fulfill tax filing obligations, and pay outstanding tax debts to bring their balances below the suspension threshold.
