Vinhomes breaks ground on 600-hectare urban project in Hanoi

Vinhomes has officially commenced construction on a large-scale multi-purpose urban project covering more than 600 hectares in the Binh Minh and Tam Hung communes of Hanoi. The project represents a total investment of approximately 111,137 billion VND.

Located at the southern gateway of the capital and connected to National Highway 1A, the development is designed to provide a diverse range of housing, including social housing, resettlement housing, and commercial residential units. Upon its expected completion in 2030, the urban area is projected to accommodate over 105,000 residents.

The project aims to leverage major local infrastructure developments, such as the expansion of National Highway 1A to 16 lanes and the development of Metro Line 1 (Ngoc Hoi – Hanoi center), to create a new growth pole for southern Hanoi and enhance the quality of life in the region.
