Vinhomes launches two ESG++ mega-projects spanning 9,000 hectares in Vietnam
Vietnam’s leading residential developer Vinhomes announced two landmark ESG++ mega‑projects covering more than 9,000 hectares. The 2,870‑hectare Vinhomes Green Paradise is being built on the coast of Can Gio, Ho Chi Minh City, adjacent to the UNESCO‑recognised Can Gio Mangrove Biosphere Reserve. The 6,200‑hectare Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long is located in Quang Ninh province in the north. Both developments adopt Vinhomes’ ESG++ philosophy, which goes beyond conventional sustainability to actively regenerate nature while integrating smart urban governance and human‑centred design. Green Paradise will maintain a low construction density of about 16 % and feature an 800‑hectare seawater lagoon and a 121‑kilometre shoreline, while Global Gate Ha Long follows a similar nature‑positive model. The projects aim to position Vietnam’s cities as resilient, nature‑positive hubs, echoing World Economic Forum and Urban Land Institute calls for climate‑resilient, wellness‑focused urban communities.
