Vinicio Capossela releases new version of ‘Body guard’

Musician Vinicio Capossela has released ‘Tutti Bodyguard’, a new version of the song ‘Body guard’ from his album ‘Il ballo di San Vito’. The release comes thirty years after the original album's debut.

Created in collaboration with Pierpaolo Capovilla, the track features production by FiloQ and arrangements by the Milanese fanfare Fan Fath Al. The project was inspired by a tribute to Don Andrea Gallo held in Genoa to mark the tenth anniversary of his passing.

This collaboration marks the first recording between Capossela and Capovilla, a partnership that will continue with the Ballad Opera ‘E Morte non avrà dominio’. This production is scheduled to debut on October 3 and 4 at the Teatro Olimpico for the Romaeuropa Festival, followed by an Italian tour.
