Vini Jr. and Virginia Fonseca end relationship amid social media tension

Real Madrid footballer Vini Jr. and influencer Virginia Fonseca have ended their relationship, following a period of reconciliation and multiple breakups since late 2025. While Fonseca’s representatives previously described the split as a mutual decision without conflict, reports from associates suggest the player ended the relationship due to feeling suffocated.

Following the breakup, Vini Jr. has faced criticism from social media influencers, including Lucas Guedez, who publicly denounced the player after being unfollowed on Instagram. Guedez, a close friend of Fonseca, accused the athlete of past misconduct during the relationship. The player also unfollowed several members of Fonseca’s inner circle, including her mother, Margareth Serrão, and her close friend, Duda Freire.

Amidst the social media controversy, Vini Jr. has also drawn attention for showcasing a luxury designer handbag collection on his social media profiles.
