Vinicius Medeiros enters São Paulo FC presidential race

Vinicius Medeiros has officially announced his candidacy for the presidency of São Paulo Futebol Clube. Representing the current administration's slate, Medeiros will compete against Marcelinho Portugal Gouvêa for the triennium spanning 2027 to 2029.

Medeiros is a chemical engineer and co-founder of AVIA-Lubrisint with over three decades of experience in executive and board leadership roles. He currently serves as a member of the club's Deliberative Council and Board of Administration and has been involved in previous administrations under Leco and Julio Casares.

In response to the upcoming elections, the 'Nova Era Tricolor' movement, composed of members and supporters, has launched a campaign for conscious voting. The group is advocating for voters to prioritize professional proposals and historical commitment over personal relationships or group interests.
