Vino G Bastian gains weight for role in film Ayah, Aku Mau Cerita

Actor Vino G Bastian has undergone physical changes to prepare for his role in the upcoming Falcon Pictures film, ‘Ayah, Aku Mau Cerita’. Playing the character Andi Budiman, a father living in Banaran Village, Bastian increased his body weight by more than 5 kilograms to better portray the character's maturity and lifestyle.

Bastian opted for weight gain rather than using makeup to simulate aging, such as adding wrinkles or grey hair, to maintain a more natural appearance. He noted that the character's habits of sitting and watching films made weight gain a practical way to achieve the desired look.

The film is a family drama centered on the challenges faced by the Budiman family when their daughter, Aisha, becomes involved in a significant issue. Bastian stated that he was drawn to the project because of its message regarding the importance of family and the concept of home.
