VinRobotics recruits global leaders to develop humanoid robots

VinRobotics, a technology company under Vingroup, is actively recruiting global talent for high-level leadership roles in Hanoi. The company is seeking a Director of Robotics SW & AI and a Robotics Hardware Director, both of whom will report directly to the CEO and manage teams of 50 to 100 engineers.

The recruitment drive aims to transition humanoid robot platforms from the prototype stage to mass production. These robots are intended for use in electric vehicle factories and warehouses. The software director role requires at least 10 years of experience in robotics software or autonomous systems, while the hardware role covers structural design, motors, electronics, and sensors.

Established in November 2024 with an initial charter capital of 1,000 billion VND, VinRobotics is owned by Vingroup (51%) and billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong (39%), with other minority stakeholders. The company is looking to expand its software team from 76 to 88 engineers within the next six months.
