Vinzenz Rohrer starts season strongly with EV Zug

Montreal Canadiens prospect Vinzenz Rohrer has recorded a highly productive start to the season playing for EV Zug in the Swiss first division. In his first two games, the Austrian forward has accumulated six points, consisting of two goals and four assists.

This performance marks a significant statistical jump from the previous season, where Rohrer recorded 12 points across 41 games while playing for the Zurich Lions. Now playing in a more prominent role with EV Zug, Rohrer is currently tied for the league scoring lead.

Rohrer is expected to frequently play on the same line as teammate Tomas Tatar. Analysts suggest that if Rohrer maintains this level of play, he could potentially earn a regular position with the Laval Rocket in the future.
