Viohalco completes second cycle of CAFF Work vocational training program in Greece

Viohalco companies, in partnership with the Charles Antetokounmpo Family Foundation (CAFF), have successfully completed the second cycle of the CAFF Work powered by Viohalco programme. The initiative provides vocational training for young people from vulnerable social groups, aged 18‑30, targeting employment in Greece’s industrial sector.

Participants received targeted technical instruction from the SEB Technical Academy, took part in practical workshops and received job‑market preparation aligned with current employer needs. Two trainees secured full‑time positions even before the graduation ceremony. The programme aims to bridge gaps in access to industrial skills and to help employers address shortages of qualified labour, creating clear pathways to stable employment.

CAFF Work is a flagship project of the Charles Antetokounmpo Family Foundation, designed to foster collaborations across manufacturing, construction, hospitality, retail and sport sectors, thereby expanding employment opportunities for disadvantaged youth.
