Violence in Colombia: Two men killed in separate shootings

Two separate fatal shootings were reported in Colombia. In the northern Valle del Cauca region, 26-year-old Yeison Estevan Guapacha Manzo was killed while riding a motorcycle with his wife near Alcalá. Two assailants on another motorcycle intercepted them, and one shot Guapacha Manzo in the head. Although emergency responders initially believed it was a traffic accident and transported him to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

In the city of Neiva, 30-year-old Juan Sebastián Díaz Ospina was killed in the Zona Rosa district. While socializing with friends on a sidewalk, Díaz Ospina was approached by two individuals on a motorcycle. The passenger dismounted and shot him multiple times at close range. Despite being rushed to the Uros clinic, he succumbed to his injuries.
