Violence reported in El Espinal and Salamanca

Two separate violent incidents have been reported in El Espinal, Colombia, and Salamanca, Spain.

In El Espinal, Tolima, an armed individual wearing a helmet to conceal their face entered a billiard hall on Saturday night. The assailant, arriving on a motorcycle, discharged a traumatic weapon multiple times. While no injuries were reported, the incident prompted local authorities to hold an extraordinary security council. As a result, the municipal administration has expanded restrictions on male passengers on motorcycles.

Armed individuals targeted the taco stand, leaving at least six shell casings at the scene. The victim died at the site.
