Violent deaths reported in Kenya's Kitui and Kwale counties

Police in Kitui County are investigating a suspected murder‑suicide after the decomposing bodies of John Vundi Munywoki, 34, and his wife Mawia Vundi, 25, were found locked inside their home. In Kwale County, authorities responded to the lynching of an unidentified man in Chigigini Village after he was accused of causing a resident's genital shrinkage.
